Terms of Service

1. The service

Infludio lets you connect your own social media accounts and manage scheduling, publishing, and analytics for them from one place, with optional AI-assisted features. You're responsible for the accuracy of content you publish through Infludio and for complying with each connected platform's own terms of service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you're responsible for activity under your account. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended. Workspace owners and admins control who else in a workspace can access it.

3. Connected platforms

Connecting Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or LinkedIn grants Infludio the specific OAuth permissions you approve during that platform's own consent screen — nothing broader. You can disconnect any platform at any time from Integrations, which revokes that token immediately.

4. AI features (bring your own key)

AI-assisted features (caption generation, video generation, brand-voice grounding) require your own API key from the relevant provider (currently Google Gemini/Veo). You're billed directly by that provider for usage under your own key — Infludio does not mark up or resell AI usage. You're responsible for complying with that provider's own usage policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Infludio to:

• Publish content that violates a connected platform's own community guidelines or terms.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls of Infludio or any connected platform.
• Use another person's account or credentials without authorization.

6. Data & content ownership

You own the content you create and publish through Infludio. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it to train models beyond what you explicitly request via your own BYOK key. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

7. Termination

You can stop using Infludio and request deletion of your account at any time — see Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or a connected platform's terms.

8. No warranty, limitation of liability

Infludio is provided during early access "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infludio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including any action taken by a connected platform (rate limiting, suspension, content removal) that is outside our control.

9. Changes

We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever these terms change materially, and post the change here before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
