Data Deletion

Last updated: August 2026

Disconnecting a single platform

To revoke Infludio's access to one connected account (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or LinkedIn) without deleting your whole workspace: go to Integrations inside Infludio and disconnect that account. This immediately revokes the stored access token — Infludio can no longer read or publish to that account.

Deleting your entire account & workspace

To request full deletion of your account and workspace:

  1. Send a deletion request via the contact form on this site, from the email address associated with your Infludio account.
  2. We'll confirm your identity and the scope of the request (your account only, or the whole workspace if you're the owner and other members are affected).
  3. We delete: your user record, workspace record, all connected social account tokens, scheduled/published post records, synced analytics, AI provider keys, and brand-voice memory entries tied to that workspace.

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may persist briefly in backups before full rotation, after which it's unrecoverable.

What deletion does not affect

Deleting your Infludio account does not delete anything on the connected platforms themselves — posts you've already published to Instagram, TikTok, etc. remain there under that platform's own rules. Disconnect and manage those directly with the platform if you also want them removed.
